The Foundations Course is taught 90 mins each day over 4 consecutive days by tradition. The purpose of the course is to teach you to become a self sufficient meditator. You will learn a simple technique that is meant for householders, which means people who work, have jobs, personal relationships, live in society. Essentially you & me…regular people. It means that this is a practical & maintainable practice for busy people. It is an effortless practice that will allow you to shed years of stress stuck in the body. It is the bare minimum everyone should be doing to take care of themselves. With regular practice, people find life more joyful and allows for more ease in being.
